My journey into this field began when my own family faced a mental health emergency that turned our lives upside down. It was a challenging time, filled with confusion and uncertainty as we navigated the complex mental health landscape. I realized how important it is for families to have clear information and support during such difficult times.

I provide resources designed to empower individuals and create a supportive environment for everyone.
